From the moment of our first conversation to your return home, we will be there to support you along your travel journey. Review the sampling of our services below.
Services
We are home based travel advisors and work solely on commissions which are paid out after a client has traveled. A small, nonrefundable fee of $50 is charges to get started utilizing our research and planning services. All payments on vacation packages are made directly to the suppliers and can be authorizred in your personal travel portal. We do charge a small fee for booking and modifying air itineraries, as airlines do not pay travel advisors to work with them.
Getting to Know You
At the beginning of our journey together, we will ask you to fill out a client intake form to gather some basic information about your travel needs. We will also schedule a discovery call, where we can chat and get to know each other. We will take detailed notes about your interests, as well as requirements you have for your adventure. Your travel advisor will be your personal concierge with owner, Deana, as support.
Research
Once you have paid the research and plannning fee, we will begin to design an itinerary we think you'll love. We will send this itinerary in a proposal where you'll see the details including photos and videosl. We will send up to 5 proposals, one a time, making changes based on your comments and questions.
Booking
Once you've approved a proposed itinerary, we will book it for you! Your travel advisor will make sure that all information is included in the reservation, properly. They will monitor the booking(s) for any potential modifications and make sure that your vacation package is protected with travel insurance (unless you decline).
Planning
Your itinerary will (normally) include everythign from air and ground transfers to resort hotel stay, cruise or tour. Once we have booked the base itinerary, we will plan in your excursions, activities, tours, travel protection, prepaid gratuities (where applicable) and more. You'll receive regular email communications to remind you of deadlines for booking these additional components and make sure that everything on your list has been accounted for.
During planning time, you'll be able to take advantage of Video Conferencing or phone calls, booked on apppointment by you. That time is set aside to answer any questions you may have.
Monitoring
Once you are on your adventure, Away We Go Travel LLC is on call in the event you need anything from us. Your travel advisor will monitor your flights and act on any air itinerary changes, if needed. Your travel advisor is your advocate in the event that anything does not go as planned.
